Hilltop Stables is a beautiful converted stables block located within the village. It has one bedroom, cooking facilities and can accommodate up to 4 people. The White Lion Inn is a great village pub in Whissendine and has 8 en-suite bedrooms. It is now (since Dec 08) under new management and has a fabulous restaurant serving Indian (and English) cuisine. You can choose to dine in the bar or in the large adjacent restaurant. Even if not staying the food is most certainly worth a try. The Noel Arms is a lovely, traditional pub set in Langham between Oakham and Whissendine. It has three ensuite bedrooms and a good restaurant serving a range of dishes using fresh produce, sourced locally. Call Jenny or Paul on 01572 722931 for bookings or reservations.
